Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND5P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,427 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND5P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and snRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with MTND5P2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND5P2-to-partner and partner-to-MTND5P2 results are reported.
