Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MTND4P28 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MTND4P28 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MTND4P28 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, MTND4P28 RNA expression shows 5,045 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight KICH, LUSC, and UCEC as cancer lineages where MTND4P28 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
