Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,873 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND4P16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic microtubule organization, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Mitochondrial electron transport, cytochrome c to oxygen. Each is linked with MTND4P16 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P16-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P16 results are reported.
