Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND3P23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,373 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTND3P23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Autophagosome organization, and Negative regulation of ERBB signaling pathway. Each is linked with MTND3P23 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND3P23-to-partner and partner-to-MTND3P23 results are reported.
