Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND3P23 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND3P23 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MTND3P23 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND3P23 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUSC, and THCA are the cancer types where MTND3P23 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
