Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND1P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,850 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTND1P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with MTND1P29 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND1P29-to-partner and partner-to-MTND1P29 results are reported.
