MTND1P29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND1P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,850 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND1P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with MTND1P29 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND1P29-to-partner and partner-to-MTND1P29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane grouped by MTND1P29-low versus MTND1P29-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND1P29→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND1P29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
