The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MTND1P29 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND1P29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
BLCA, LIHC, and ESCA are the cancer types where MTND1P29 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
