The most reproducible MTND1P26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Proton transmembrane transport. Each is linked with MTND1P26 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND1P26-to-partner and partner-to-MTND1P26 results are reported.
