MTMR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTMR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,121 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB12, ZC4H2, and TUBB4A. Each is linked with MTMR8 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR8-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTMR8 versus ASB12 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
