MTMR12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTMR12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,672 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTMR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATL3, BLOC1S2, and KIFBP. Each is linked with MTMR12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTMR12-to-partner and partner-to-MTMR12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATL3 grouped by MTMR12-low versus MTMR12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTMR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTMR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
