Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,460 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, EHMT2, and RFC4. Each is linked with MTF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTF2-to-partner and partner-to-MTF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTF2 versus NASP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
