The most reproducible MTCO3P27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phospholipid translocation, Carbohydrate catabolic process, and Negative regulation of protein polymerization. Each is linked with MTCO3P27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO3P27-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO3P27 results are reported.
