Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO3P15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,183 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTCO3P15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Morphogenesis of a polarized epithelium, Protein acylation, and Microtubule-based transport. Each is linked with MTCO3P15 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO3P15-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO3P15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Morphogenesis of a polarized epithelium grouped by MTCO3P15-low versus MTCO3P15-high in ESCA.
