Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCO3P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCO3P15 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MTCO3P15 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCO3P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MTCO3P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
