MTCO1P6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO1P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,062 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO1P6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP30, MTATP6P2, and MTCO1P22. Each is linked with MTCO1P6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P6-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P6 versus MTND4LP30 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO1P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO1P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
