Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2_S342, RFC2, and RFC4. Each is linked with MTBP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTBP-to-partner and partner-to-MTBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTBP versus ATAD2_S342 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
