Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02647, ALOX15P1, and RNY4P27. Each is linked with MTBP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTBP-to-partner and partner-to-MTBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02647 grouped by MTBP-low versus MTBP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
