Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTATP8P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,770 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTATP8P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal complex assembly, Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MTATP8P2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTATP8P2-to-partner and partner-to-MTATP8P2 results are reported.
