Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L, HPS4, and SLC5A1. Each is linked with MT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT4-to-partner and partner-to-MT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT4 versus SEZ6L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
