Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4311, RNA5SP415, and RNU6-486P. Each is linked with MT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT4-to-partner and partner-to-MT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4311 grouped by MT4-low versus MT4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
