MT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1, PRRC2A, and TANC2. Each is linked with MT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT4-to-partner and partner-to-MT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1 grouped by MT4-low versus MT4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
