Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,746 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, CD163, and LOX. Each is linked with MT1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1L-to-partner and partner-to-MT1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MT1L versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
