MT1HL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT1HL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT1HL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-546P, NKAIN1P2, and MIR548A1. Each is linked with MT1HL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT1HL1-to-partner and partner-to-MT1HL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-546P grouped by MT1HL1-low versus MT1HL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT1HL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT1HL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
