MT-TW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-TW RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,751 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-TW-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of short-term neuronal synaptic plasticity, Maintenance of apical/basal cell polarity, and Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with MT-TW in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-TW-to-partner and partner-to-MT-TW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-TW→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-TW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
