MT-TQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-TQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 188 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-TQ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of muscle cell differentiation, Positive regulation of glial cell migration, and Organ or tissue specific immune response. Each is linked with MT-TQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-TQ-to-partner and partner-to-MT-TQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-TQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-TQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
