MT-TK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-TK RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-TK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRK2, SSTR5, and RAP2B. Each is linked with MT-TK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-TK-to-partner and partner-to-MT-TK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-TK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-TK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
