Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT-CYB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 821 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT-CYB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBG1, FAM43A, and GP5. Each is linked with MT-CYB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-CYB-to-partner and partner-to-MT-CYB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-CYB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-CYB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
