Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-CO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,457 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MT-CO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are G0S2, RCN3, and FCAR. Each is linked with MT-CO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-CO2-to-partner and partner-to-MT-CO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-CO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-CO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
