Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT-ATP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,209 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-ATP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of unfolded protein, Swimming behavior, and Regulation of pigment cell differentiation. Each is linked with MT-ATP6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-ATP6-to-partner and partner-to-MT-ATP6 results are reported.
