MT-ATP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT-ATP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-ATP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN7A, DAZ1, and PRL. Each is linked with MT-ATP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-ATP6-to-partner and partner-to-MT-ATP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-ATP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-ATP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
