MSTO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSTO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,186 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCAMP3, GPATCH4, and NAXE. Each is linked with MSTO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSTO1-to-partner and partner-to-MSTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSTO1 versus SCAMP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
