MST1R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,538 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GALE, PCDH7, and PLEKHA6. Each is linked with MST1R in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1R-to-partner and partner-to-MST1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MST1R versus GALE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
