Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MST1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABRAXAS2, HAUS2, and ATP6V1B2. Each is linked with MST1R in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1R-to-partner and partner-to-MST1R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABRAXAS2 grouped by MST1R-low versus MST1R-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
