Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, eIF4E, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with MST1R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1R-to-partner and partner-to-MST1R results are reported.
