MSH6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,534 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM3, and MCM4. Each is linked with MSH6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH6-to-partner and partner-to-MSH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 versus MCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
