MSH3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,962 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, ZCCHC9, and UTP15. Each is linked with MSH3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH3-to-partner and partner-to-MSH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSH3 versus MRPS27 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
