MSH2-OT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH2-OT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,628 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH2-OT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, THOC7, and VEZF1. Each is linked with MSH2-OT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH2-OT1-to-partner and partner-to-MSH2-OT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSH2-OT1 versus PSIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH2-OT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH2-OT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
