MRPS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP408, MIR548AL, and ATP5MGP6. Each is linked with MRPS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS6-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP408 grouped by MRPS6-low versus MRPS6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
