MRPS34

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,640 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS34-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC5, LMOD1, and FABP4. Each is linked with MRPS34 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS34 versus PABPC5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS34→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
