MRPS34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS34-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC7P, MIR6803, and RAC1P8. Each is linked with MRPS34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4ATAC7P grouped by MRPS34-low versus MRPS34-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS34→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
