MRPS34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,227 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS34-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPUSD1, CAPN15, and NDUFB10. Each is linked with MRPS34 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS34 versus RPUSD1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS34→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
