Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,442 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, Enzyme-directed rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Peptidyl-methionine modification. Each is linked with MRPS34 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis grouped by MRPS34-low versus MRPS34-high in BONE.
