MRPS33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,979 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, PDAP1, and EIF4H. Each is linked with MRPS33 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS33 versus CDK5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS33→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
