MRPS33

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPS33 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPS33 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher MRPS33 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPS33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BLCA show a favorable association.

OV, KICH, and CESC are the cancer types where MRPS33 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
