Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,956 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS33-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL16, RAB33A, and ETS1. Each is linked with MRPS33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS33 versus IL16 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS33→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
