MRPS33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS33-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPTM1LP1, RNA5SP414, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with MRPS33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLPTM1LP1 grouped by MRPS33-low versus MRPS33-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS33→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
