Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,316 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis, Mitochondrial respirasome assembly, and Cell motility involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration. Each is linked with MRPS33 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis grouped by MRPS33-low versus MRPS33-high in KIDNEY.
