MRPS33

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPS33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,367 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS33-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM50A, MECP2, and VBP1. Each is linked with MRPS33 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS33-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS33 versus FAM50A in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS33→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
