MRPS27

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,984 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS27-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRC1, PECAM1, and COLEC12. Each is linked with MRPS27 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS27 versus MRC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
