MRPS27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,218 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS27-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-10, MTND5P22, and RNU6-758P. Each is linked with MRPS27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-10 grouped by MRPS27-low versus MRPS27-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
